Dabo Swinney ,IMHO, has completely lost the plot. College-football has changed and he is unwilling to adjust. A latter-day Miss Havisham still walking around in her wedding dress.
It was all well and good when the boosters paid for the kids but the Head-Coach could plead ignorance and attribute his recruiting success and and retention of players to his own sparkling personality. Now everything is above board and the playing/paying field is just about equal.
The Dawgs flattened him with the help of transfers and he seems not to realize that the success-hungry fan-monster he created will soon turn on him.
