The actual case against him may not be that strong, not sure, but to me the big deal is that DeSantis asked him to step down, and he refused.
Not too worried about the case, itself. What I think is, of course, ironic and hypocritical is how they are trying to impose their morality on the country while being so immoral themselves. It’s almost a lock, though.
