Steele’s job as DC can’t be very secure either. The defense was just plain awful and gave up way too many long plays to a supposed cupcake team. No excuse for that. The DB’s and LB’s were lost and the DL failed to pressure the QB. Not a good look.

Unless we somehow change personnel on D and get healthy on O, then pull off big seasons of 8-4/9-4 with clear UPSIDE for bringing everyone back… I don’t expect either to be here in 2023.
