I like cats, especially Maine Coons, but I much prefer dogs which are smarter than cats and are not only good, loyal companions, but useful animals. Cats show less reciprocal love than dogs, and they are far less courageous animals. As a landlord, getting rid of cat odor is a monumental problem. Perhaps I should thank cats, because they compelled me to tile every rental home I’ve ever owned.
