The governor of Illinois said he anticipates the STATE will remove mask mandates at the end of February, except for schools, public transport, and hospitals. Chicago officials say they will likely follow the state.
Los Angeles also has not yet lifted their mask mandate. Perhaps at the end of April.

What total horseshit. A fucking mask…what harm does a mask do? It’s not like it was nefarious. Data shows masks mitigate the spread, not perfectly, but definitely in a quantifiable manner. So, in your position, trying to protect kids (regardless of whether it was warranted or not) with something as benign as wearing a little mask for a few hours a day is EVIL and worse than literally ignoring the threat of them being shot at school, their actual education, food, all of it.
