I watched the full Gameday segment today and I really enjoyed the tribute to Less. An icon! He really made Gameday so much fun! It’s sad to see his health decline but he gave us so many great years on that set. He will be missed! It will be interesting to see how they move forward with the mascot heads going forward. I’m not a Pat Mac fan but I wouldn’t be surprised if he took it over.

I would agree on the Pat Mac feeling AND I think they need to retire the head gear as well. I think the field goal segment has taken on a life of its own as well.
Corso is 90 and had a great run of ESPN but one can’t do that forever. He suffered a stroke in 2009.
Born in the Chicago area, his family moved to Miami when he was boy. He and went to high school at Jackson High, graduating in 1953. He played football and baseball at FSU and was roommates with Ron Fraser.
If S. Carolina wins then all of Corso’s picks have won and he picked us to win, let’s hope the Corso magic helps us! Ha!!
