John Roberts joins dissent on conservative abuse of power in Supreme Court

“The applicants here have not met our standard because they have failed to substantiate their assertions of irreparable harm,” said Kagan’s dissent. “By nonetheless granting relief, the Court goes astray. It provides a stay pending appeal, and thus signals its view of the merits, even though the applicants have failed to make the irreparable harm showing we have traditionally required. That renders the Court’s emergency docket not for emergencies at all. The docket becomes only another place for merits determinations — except made without full briefing and argument.”

As we’ve said for almost a decade, Roberts is a mole. He’s no “conservative” Justice. He exposed himself on the Obamacare ruling.

It’s a lifetime appointment. What purpose does it serve to be a mole?

If your part of a different society with an agenda it’s the best position to be in to serve that agenda.

I’m an embarrassment to humanity and truly believe that conservative abuses of power SHOULD exist in the supreme court. This is just another example of how un-American I truly am.

Translation- you’re a dork.

Anyway, I’m not saying Roberts should be conservative or make conservative/political decisions.

I’m saying he’s PRESENTED as a conservative, but he’s the opposite.

Everything is a grand conspiracy with this one. How pathetic.

Everything in life IS conspiratorial. Yes…

Conspiracy is simply 2 or more people plotting to achieve an end (could be good or evil).

So 99% of everything is a conspiracy.

Been saying it for years. So freaking dumb

Conspiracy: noun: a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful.

So no, 99% of everything is not a conspiracy.

Conspiracies are never meant to be good.

Poor guy. If only you were intelligent enough to comprehend things like definitions. You probably think the Dictionary is a liberal conspiracy, though.

What you’re referring to is called a “plan.” A conspiracy has a definition, and that isn’t it.
You’re, unfortunately, too dim to realize your dim.

Since he didn’t write the dictionary, it doesn’t exist.

You and I can conspire to go grab a drink SC. Try again. Etymologies are always the way to understand language. Not modern definitions that can be changed.

I’ve never seen conspiracy used in any sense other than criminal acts. Conspire may be the root word for conspiracy, but that doesn’t change how the word conspiracy is used, especially in a court of law.

Try again, dimwit. You put the least amount of effort in

Funny though, you proved the point. You define Dunning Kruger

That’s a funny analysis considering we aren’t using conspiracy in that sense here anyway- so it’s irrelevant.

We’re using it in “conspiracy theory.”

Are you saying that all conspiracy theories are illegal?

Because “the way that term is used today is basically, a belief that some covert but influential agency is responsible for an unexplained event."

It’s typically silent on whether it’s legal or not.

The root words are con “together” and spirare “breathe” or more technically, to inspire or give spirit to.

That’s literally the meaning.

I stand unmoved by your borrowed analysis.

CaneFan is correct regarding “conspiracy.” To have an opinion that a conspiracy exists is certainly not illegal nor immoral. For example, my opinion that Low T has irrepressible inner urges to be a trans cheerleader is simply my opinion, albeit rather accurate. The same would be true of my calling Warden a “cunt.” It seems quite a few people share this opinion since he spends an inordinate amount of time slurring non racists as being racists.

The biggest myth to be found in America is the assurance of the left that they stand for democracy when they are the totalitarian censors and cancellers among us. The true liberals among us, that is, liberals in the traditional sense are GSC, Skeeter, and yours truly. Now and then 305 has some excellent ideas and there are others including Stormfront who have the ability to discern the difference between justice and “social justice,” the latter of which does not exist. Low T and Warden are twin tyros who think they dwell on a higher moral plane perceiving the rest of us as conservative schleps. At times, they surprisingly exhibit knowledge which is always refreshing when it is not interspersed with charges of racism cast against an audience of non racists .Were these two Islamists, to be sure they’d probably be whirling dervishes whipping people up into genocidal frenzy.

As with most things you write, they are either overwhelmingly dishonest or ill thought out, potentially caused by your aged, rotting brain. A “conspiracy”, as you mentioned, requires more than 1 person. What you think or feel or suspect, means literally nothing to the conversation. For instance, I think, believe, suspect that you have an overwhelming desire to jerk off to chicks with dicks, but that your shriveled, non-functioning member hasn’t worked in so long that its to no avail. But, that’s not a conspiracy. That’s just a belief. Learn your words or maybe take some brain pills from Infowars. Your flaccid member isn’t the only thing failing you these days.

Says the guy who championed an attempted coup to dismantle our Constitutional Republic. Again, you are quite a dishonest person to your core. It might be your most reliable and consistent feature.

The rest is just drivel whining about how you get called out for being the racist you are. It’s quite transparent, as is your lack of integrity and honesty.
