I agree- some here are put off by him. I think he makes us a top 5 overnight.

If we got 4-5 good years out of him, we wouldn’t care. But again, it’d take too much green to put him here so we wouldn’t try anyway. Maybe you get Dorsey here in a few more years? It’d probably be a hire like that which the admin would “hope” works out. It won’t be a proven, costly option though.

looking to the nfl is not a bad idea.
i would not rule out urban because he isn’t leaving jax this year which means usc will hire someone else. next year urban will probably be looking to get outta there and we will likely be the option that makes the most sense assuming he doesn’t want to retire. of course this depends if LSU doesn’t fire Orgeron. i think urban would choose them over us without hesitation
if not urban, there is a head coach who literally won the superbowl with a backup qb just a couple of years ago who is unemployed right now. kick the tires.

Last I checked, Miami has had some pretty bad black eyes over the years. Pretty sure Golden has some in prisons. Coker has at least one in prison and another up for murdering his own teammate.
