Just read about that. Given his level of success and experience it was only a matter of time before the pros came calling. Dunno if Miami will be able to replace that.
Concerning Addae however… I’m sure Cristobal will be able to find a good replacement.
Addae was kinda struggling on the trail…Was a pretty good position coach imo.
I think Highsmith did what he needed to do and left CMC and crew with a great blueprint going forward. Hated to see him go but he was never going to be here long.

Pat Surtain, Sr. has been floated as a name. At FSU you now for 2 years…who knows? He and JT played together.
