My lord please give this up already. I include clergy in my view on punishments. I’ve adequately explained my position on the Church. I’m not going to go down this hole again. But to reiterate:
I absolutely condemn any sexual abuse in the Church and all clergy who participate in it should be punished to the full extent of the law. However, I also recognize that the Church has been targeted by the media who has sensationalized this story to a greater degree than it is.
As for your conservative republican rant- that has no bearing on my comment or position. I’m sure I can find just as many or more liberal democrats who are equally evil.
