In all examples of plagiarism, the authors cited the sources they were referencing. Their infraction is failing to properly encapsulate direct quotes in quotation marks.
Thanks for posting this egregious violation of the world order. Editing forums will all be in a tizzy at this news.
So this idiot doesn’t understand punctuation either?

Rufo just destroying this fraud now…Love it.
Let’s not be ticky tacky with the lies and fraudulence.
Maybe it was just an innocent mistake.
Let’s be honest: The only reason to complain about cited sources without quotes is to BE ticky tacky.
No…It’s to expose a fraud and an idiot.
By being ticky tacky.
It’s at the very least extremely sloppy. That’s if you give her all of the benefit of the doubt.
It’s extremely sloppy. Editors everywhere are aghast.
Academics take plagiarism seriously. You can joke about it all day.
I take it seriously too. Luckily these authors cited their sources, so this is more of an editing issue than a plagiarism one. But I agree that it shouldn’t have happened and they should have used quotation marks as appropriate. I’m just saying this isn’t a classic case of plagiarism.
I attribute the plagiarism to the ghost writer, the smarter of the two whose names adorn the book cover.
Skeeter already hit on it but The NY Times was basically lying to try to say it’s no big deal, ignoring the dozens of other instances to try to minimize it. Of course The NY Times would lie for Kamala.
Um…

Plagiarism?
It’s about character, though, right?
Tell me…didn’t he cheat on his first wife with his second wife, and then his second wife with his third wife an then his third wife with a pornstar while she was nursing her newborn? How’s that for character?
You have zero integrity, as usual
