IF AZ DECERTIFIED?
WHAT HAPPENS IF ALL 50 STATES ARE NOT CERTIFIED?
If Az decertified, I believe it would compel its electors to come home and send new electors for Trump. It would force Congress to consider accepting them. And if Congress didn’t accept or acknowledge them, I believe it would create cause for a Federal lawsuit by Az Senate vs Congress to ask the courts to compel.
If the Federal courts (SCOTUS) agree with Arizona having this constitutional power (which I think is crystal clear under Article I Section IV
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations”
And each state following with an audit to decertify would have a clear path. And at that point we’d have a constitutional crisis because it would be clear if Georgia and PA and Wi and others follow that Trump should be seated but the dee state and Congress will continue to fight.
See that last line in Art I Section IV?

I’m suprprised they haven’t already tried to make laws to alter or limit the State Legislatures authority. Maybe it was that election bill that got struck down… I don’t know.
I think we may be staring at a civil war.
Unless a guy like Durham comes in and shows America all the crimes committed clear as day.
That’s what I’m hoping. We’ll see.

NO COURTS CAN GET INVOLVED IT IS MANDATORY IN THE CONSTITUTION…
THE HOUSE HAS TO VOTE BY PARTY LINES…
THERE ARE 27 REPUBLICAN STATES…
I don’t think so. I think there just has to be a majority of electoral votes awarded to one candidate. But I may be wrong.
I’m not sure about this. Maybe the courts agree they have no standing and would not hear the case but surely one side will plead to the court for relief. Then it’s up to them. And this court has shown how activist it is recently. So it’s an open question I believe.
