Our executive, Trump at the time, had the right to cancel, modify augment etc., those deals. He took an action that he was privileged to take.
This deal in particular apparently there was a breach. The question was could state authorities effectively police on these grounds. ( maybe I’m wrong as I barely read the case but that’s the way I understand it). This deal was still enforce.
It’s not as though we breeched the Paris accords or the Iran deal and were taken to court in order to make a party whole.
So your examples are severely lacking.

First, the first sentence doesn’t make sense. Second, the Iran agreement was being “enforced” and was literally in play at the time Donald Trump withdrew from the “agreement/treaty/covenant.”

If you and I enter into an agreement and we agree on specific terms, the assumption under the law is that both of us will have an expectation to 1. Perform (as agreed in the contract) and 2. Not breech any of the terms of the agreement.
The Iran Deal called for specific performance around number of centrifuges being reduced, amount of enriched uranium being at certain levels of purity, stockpiles of uranium being reduced to certain amounts, among other things…
In order to ensure performance from the Iranians, inspectors (IAEA Inspectors to be precise) were required to go in and…. well…. Inspect to see if these benchmarks were being met.
Iran repeatedly denied IAEA Inspectors access to its facilities and process. This is public record.
THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT.
Trump, as a good business man, then cancelled the agreement which was his right to do so.

The tribal/federal treaty we are discussing was still in effect. Neither side pulled out of it. It was brought to a court to adjudicate the terms. The court made a ruling. I disagree with that ruling as you do. But it’s apples and oranges to what you are using as a comparative example with Iran and Paris and you look foolish trying to make it.
