Before his 2 ACL surgeries, I have never seen a RB like him. He was at full speed before he hit the hole, could run over, around, or past most defenders. He could shake dudes out of their cleats. Changed how he ran the ball after the second ACL tear. All of that and he is still a 1st ballot HOF for sure.
What a beast.
Before the surgery, Gore was like Barry Sanders. His story certainly is one of determination. One of the best Canes of all time.
