Secondly, courts have routinely confirmed throughout history that anyone on our soil is subject to our laws, which includes due process. How much due process has been miffed about, but at no point did anyone state we had legal right to murder people we suspect of being drug dealers and then mail the bullets to their families.

The constitution specifically mentions rights that are only granted to citizens. 1 obvious example is voting rights. Are you going to tell me that illegals have the right to vote?
