The âdrug dealersâ heâs talking about are Cartel members who aid in human tracking and the murder of thousands of people each year.
First, youâre not the Trump whisperer. What is it with you Faketriots and your constantâŚâhe meant thisâŚ?â.
Secondly, youâre showing your handâŚin this country, the one you despise, we have a Constitution. We have rule of law. We have due process. Time and time again, you show you abhor our Constitution, our laws, and our country in general.
Nothing you wrote lent anything to the conversation except proving the point. The enemies of our country are you, as you hold our country and our Constitution with little but contempt.
This is whatâs called fascism
âDonald Trump ended his pre-midterm rally blitz in disgusting fashion, calling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi âan animal,â championing the death penalty, and giddily imagining the prison rape of the journalist who reported on the Supreme Courtâs decision to overturn Roe v. Wade,â Rolling Stone reported. âThe rally on Monday wasnât the first time Trump imagined journalists being raped in prison. He laid out the same fantasy at a rally in Texas last month, saying the reporter would give up the identity of the leaker as soon as they realize they are âgoing to be the bride of another prisoner very shortly.â The audience burst out in laughter, just as they did Monday night in Ohio.â
Cartel members arenât US citizens. The US constitution doesnât apply to them.
So this means they should have 2 hour trials? Doubt it.
Someone tweet snowflake Amanda to reel it in
Itâs desperation time for the Left. You can see they are in panic mode.
The fact that they are trying to make this about Trump even though he isnât on the ballot is a telling sign.
I think they know they are screwed in a lot of races today.
First, youâre making the context up. He said âdrug dealersâ, not foreign national cartel members. You canât seem to go three sentences without being dishonest. Secondly, courts have routinely confirmed throughout history that anyone on our soil is subject to our laws, which includes due process. How much due process has been miffed about, but at no point did anyone state we had legal right to murder people we suspect of being drug dealers and then mail the bullets to their families.

What an interesting thing, considering HE PARDONED DRUG DEALERS.
Itâs a remarkable response, though, it really is. I wonder how you, even you, square that response with your religion.
If I suspect your wife is a drug dealer, am I justified in shooting her in the face? Trump didnât say anything about cartels. You did. He said drug dealers. You defended it. SoâŚwhat if I think your kid is selling weed? So, you think I should have the right to slaughter your entire family if I think theyâre selling drugs?
Under Biden, it is the Mexican cartels that control our immigration. Small wonder the Border Patrol overwhelmingly supports Trump. Biden fails at everything whereas Trump made promises before being elected and then kept his promises. Not only is Biden destroying America but Europe as well. Never thought Biden could be worse than Obama, but never say never.
Really? Did that wall ever get finished?
Was the wall a good idea? Howâs immigration doing now under Biden? Why does the Border Patrol like the wall idea?
There were hundreds of lawsuits filed by liberals that delayed the wall completion, and Trump nearly completed it and would have completed it had there not been a rigged election. Trumpâs achievements in four years were miraculous. Even the Black Colleges prospered under Trump who supported them when Obama did NOT.
That wasnât my question. You said Trump fulfilled all his promises. So I ask again: did that wall get done?
Itâs a yes or no question.
Okay, the answer is no due entirely to a rigged election. Clearly, without the election swindle, Trump would have completed the wall as promised.
Iâm still waiting for you to provide proof.
Itâs been 2 years now.
You really have to be not only the dumbest person on the board but also the most arrogant as you lean in. Trump references Chinaâs laws correct? So we have a reference point. Right?
Ok- weâll Chinaâs capital punishment laws are for drug traffickers- not simple drug dealers.
These laws are designed for the big cartels that smuggle in drugs in large amounts. Not for recreational drug users or simple drug dealers.
Trumpâs language is sometimes not specific. Iâm positive that if heâs pressed on this issue heâll say exactly what Iâm saying. Heâll talk about how violent they are and how theyâre smuggling in drugs and killing people.
âBeing subject to lawsâ is not the same as âconferring rightsâ
I can be convicted of a crime as an illegal but it doesnât necessarily mean I have the same identical rights as an American citizen.
The constitution specifically mentions rights that are only granted to citizens. 1 obvious example is voting rights. Are you going to tell me that illegals have the right to vote?
But furthermore weâre talking about a penal code amendment (sentencing guidelines for capital punishment)âŚ. Thereâs nothing unconstitutional about amending the penalties for cartels and their smugglers to include the death penalty. If there is- flesh it out for me.
Surely those individuals if captured on American soil will receive due process but why couldnât we give them the death penalty?
Your statement never really made sense. And I was simply making a broader point to you that not all constitutional protections are afforded to non-citizens. It depends how the constitution reads (citizen vs person vs etc)âŚ
What? Because Iâm religious I canât be for Capital Punishment? Is that your theory?
âThe wages of sin is death.â
God has his own penal code and it includes Capital Punishment.
Moreover, Pope John Paul stated:
Assuming that the guilty partyâs identity and responsibility have been fully determined, the traditional teaching of the Church does not exclude recourse to the death penalty, if this is the only possible way of effectively defending human lives against the unjust aggressor. . . .
Today, in fact, as a consequence of the possibilities which the state has for effectively preventing crime, by rendering one who has committed an offense incapable of doing harm â without definitely taking away from him the possibility of redeeming himself â the cases in which the execution of the offender is an absolute necessity âare very rare, if not practically nonexistentâ (emphasis added; footnote omitted)
And he wonders why he is labeled a Trump Cum GuzzlerâŚ
Ahhh substance.
Glad you can get excited about the cum
