This lawsuit should be good news for anyone who believed in the conspiracy and anyone who wants the truth to shine free. Through the lawsuit, Rudy should be able to provide his evidence and clear his name.

I’m hesitant to make bets like this after recent welchers have refused to hold up their end of these things. Not that I’m comparing you to Stormfront.
I also genuinely don’t know how this will shake out. I mean, I’m pretty confident Rudy won’t be able to prove the fraud he claimed, but I can’t predict all the intricacies that happen from now to then.
No- a settlement doesn’t mean defeat. And we’ll most likely never be privy to the agreement the two parties made so would never know who settled, for what and why. At that point it would be a push.
The mere fact they sued Rudy for 1.3 billion is a tell in and of itself. This is a “go away now” lawsuit. Would work on me and you, not a former federal prosecutor who can file his own motions and pleadings.
We can always do a silly bet like being able to edit or having to take some sort of funny action the other side demands. I’m amenable to suggestions.
Ask yourself who has more to lose? Who has more illicit activity to be discovered?
There’s a reason why Dominion demands no audits in their contracts with the government… they claim it’s because of intellectual property security… I think it has nothing to do with that.
I believe that a quick analysis will prove (as their own manual already implies) that their system is set up to be altered by the highest bidder.

Wow. This should be interesting. Dominion may have ensnared itself. Under the law of defamation, DOMINION had the burden of proving falsity which means Dominion has to prove by admissible evidence that it did nothing wrong regarding the election and its machines.

And I unfortunately agree that a non-disclosed settlement is often the result of these things. I’m pretty sure Dominion is looking to clear their name here so someway, somehow, I do expect Rudy will back down.
