Many mutual funds specialize in foreign assets include Russian companies,however, there is far more U.S. pension monies in funds investing in China.
My point is that if Florida Pension system found this safe enough to meet its investors’s risk tolerance, more than likely many other states did so as well.
I wonder if I take a peak at these public funds if we’d find the same/similar holding and losses.
