A lot of speculation in there but I would welcome big business boosters with open arms. Hopefully Miami gets some caretakers of the football program and big things happen.
The conventional belief is that James will resist replacing Diaz as long as he can because that will be an indictment on the decision that he made that day when he gave Diaz the job in the first place. James said back then that he saw the Diaz hire as a four-to-five year project that now is only in year three.
If true, this is very troubling. This may be all the reason the University needs to replace James.
Frankly, I am disappointed more high-profile, ex 'Canes are not making themselves more visible.
Sorry - but I’m not buying it. I’ve long ago moved to the side of needing to see it for myself before believing it.
