Pretty shitty, man. I’m reminded of one of the school shootings a while back and discussing with a conservative friend of mine…when I expressed how terrible it was so many kids got killed that day, he responded with, “People die every day”, and went on to talk about gun rights.
That stuck with me quiet a bit. I do believe conservatives almost wallow in the filth.
Meanwhile you are going to save us from it all
We know partisan sheep…We know
Anyone have a violin?
I think all governments do this. It’s hard to make men war for illegitimate or evil purposes.
Think about Iraq. We basically lied to the world to make Americans feel good about fighting there. Sad reality.
Well, true. HOWEVER, it was US liberals who were pointing out the lies. It was YOU conservatives calling us traitors and then years later when it was shown the GOP was full of shit, Republicans like you just abandon responsibility and claim the team wasn’t far right enough. Hell, it’s at the point now that the GOP openly supports our enemies and authoritarians you’ve twisted yourselves up so much, not taking responsibility for anything. You even elected a President defined by his not taking responsibility for anything.
I was marching in the streets against Iraq. What were you doing?
Come on…Get the violin hurry!!!
Ya were huh? Awful proud a ya (Jerky Boy voice)

Partisan partisan…Mumble mumble…My side has all the good guys…Mumble Mumble…And OH!!! How could I forget?? Orange Man Bad!!!
Checks all boxes for the partisan sheep…Can we pin this one?
I was a liberal at the time. But nice try. I’ve explained over and over again how much I hated bush and how I voted for both Kerry and Gore.
But keep on buddy.
By the way- 79% of the American public initially supported the War in 2003. I was never one of those people.
I am 100% antiwar. The only time I want to fight a war is through necessity.
Man, you just can’t get things right. It’s just lazy. You always have this little caveat of “did ya know” that’s nearly entirely bullshit. I’m sure your dumbass friends who don’t look shit up think you’re brilliant. But, you and I both know you’re full of shit most of the time.
79% supporter the first Gulf War.
https://www.pollingreport.com/iraq.htm
According to a Gallup poll conducted from August 2002 through early March 2003, the nmber of Americans who favored the war in Iraq fell to between 52 percent to 59 percent, while those who opposed it fluctuated between 35 percent and 43 percent.[10]
Days before the March 20 invasion, a USA Today/CNN/Gallup Poll found support for the war was related to UN approval. Nearly six in 10 said they were ready for such an invasion “in the next week or two.” But that support dropped off if the U.N. backing was not first obtained. If the United Nations Security Council were to reject a resolution paving the way for military action, 54% of Americans favored a U.S. invasion. And if the Bush administration did not seek a final Security Council vote, support for a war dropped to 47%.[1]
An ABC News/Washington Post poll taken after the beginning of the war showed a 62% support for the war, lower than the 79% in favor at the beginning of the Persian Gulf War.[2]
However, when the US invaded Iraq in Operation Iraqi Freedom, public support for the conflict rose once again. According to a Gallup poll, support for the war was up to 72 percent on March 22–23. Out of those 72 percent, 59 percent reported supporting the war strongly; and although allied commanders said they had not yet found evidence of weapons of mass destruction days after the initial invasion, 9 out of 10 Americans believed it was “at least somewhat likely” that the United States would find evidence of these weapons.[11]
And, ironically, I was conservative until Iraq.
You’re correct-
look at that 51- I admitted I was incorrect!
Ouch. Harsh…
But at least he admitted this mistake. I think the general point about war is true. there is no such thing as a war without war crimes. Shit happens. It’s when that shit is institutional that there’s a real problem
I admit all my mistakes, as everyone should.
What I may not concede is my positions…. But I haven’t seen any of you do that either so…
It’s called indoctrination…The word “cult” also works
I heard she was in court this morning and fined $280.
Lol, actually, if you click through your link, it says the same. There’s nothing about her being missing.
Sssshhhhhhhh.
(This is the only thing they will believe)
