Musk has secured the financing to buy Twitter and will buy the shares directly from its shareholders. I predict this may wind up in court, and the Twitter board will be compelled to honor its fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, and I believe Musk will succeed in his adverse takeover of the company.

With W3 and blockchain, decentralization and DAO will render Twitter useless unless it adapts quickly.

I’ve always personally thought twitter was garbage and on its way out. I can’t imagine someone overpaying for it today. I think it’s a dumb platform to buy but it’s not my business or my money.
