Eastman didn’t admit anything. They talked to Hirsdmann- a different attorney who is giving his hearsay that Eastman admitted to something. And he never actually says it was illegal in the 3rd party narrative. He says “get a criminal defense attorney”…. That could easily be a joke or him saying “they will come for us…”
He says, allegedly, the SCOTUS wouldn’t uphold it.
