I know four conservative couples, all currently being impacted by Covid (at least one of the two has Covid). None are vaccinated. All are at different levels of regret over not getting the vaccine. Three of the four couples are now planning to get the vaccine.

Personally, I held out from getting the vaccine. Til two weeks ago.Two weeks ago I got my first moderna shot.

I’m not pro or anti-vax however, it feels to me like I’m seeing more reasons to get it than to not.

Why would you get the vaccine if you’ve had COVID? I don’t get that logic at all. The natural immunity should be better than the vaccine!

They all have different reasons. I know one of them, the mother of the husband had Covid earlier this year but doesn’t have antibodies according to the test she took. Fear of increased travel restrictions. Increased restrictions in general.

The CDC does track it. Are you saying there’s no genomic signal that has been categorized as delta? Why wouldn’t there be?
