Compare the business of UF, USC and LSU to UM. Amateur hour at UM. Retaining Manny would reveal what UM truly feels about winning, which wouldn’t be much really. Just don’t lose embarrassingly. 9-3 8-4 every season is the new bar for success at UM.
It could also mean they don’t think that they will be able to get the right guy this year.
Hopefully, that warchest goes towards paying for a proven OC, a top-notch DC, a real LB coach, STC, and a bunch of analysts. If Manny can’t get it done next year there is NO way he survives.

This. To make all these claims and then not move on from our VERY mediocre HC this year would be appalling.
I just don’t se us doing much (if any) better next year with him.
Refuse to believe this. It’s year 3 and the guy went 7-5 with some embarrassing losses……can’t be accepted
