The ACC had a chance to finish the bowl season undefeated this year but NO, they had to play that damn game today and not opt out vs. the Air Force. Oh well, the dream dies, I guess.

I had AF…Enjoyed it. Service Academies are a motherfucker in bowl games. Which goes against the “more time to prepare for option” dynamic we see during bye weeks in regular season…And speaks more to the fact that they actually focus, and play for the name on the front of the shirt. You can always question bout about 40% of bowl teams motivation…But never the academies.
