Trump was so much of a failure in foreign policy that he was literally made fun of by the leaders of our ally states and ran home, cutting the trip early, because his fat little feelers got hurt. Additionally, under Trump and seemingly with his blessing as he defended them after the fact, he allowed the largest intelligence failure in the history of the country by Russia as they were in our systems for months and months, if not longer. Further, Trump even defend NK after they murdered and American.
