Lol, the article never says that. Even the Gateway Pundit doesn’t come to that conclusion.
If anything, this is proof it WASN’T an operation. You have this informant within the Kansas City Proud Boys who just went along and reported on activities. He didn’t spur them on, it wasn’t his plan… where is the proof of a planned op? In fact, he says the opposite: that it wasn’t planned.
And he never says they were innocent. He just explains that they didn’t break the initial barriers, and when they trespassed they were helping not hurting, etc.
And keep in mind even the GWP says his exposure is limited to the smaller KCPB group and has nothing to do with the larger Proud Boy movement that attended.
