My question is, what new information do we now have? The KGB stuff was all known.
Wasn’t that allegedly a double in Mexico talking to the KGB? I recall seeing the picture didn’t look like him and he was recorded somewhere else at the time.

It is well known that Oswald went to Mexico to seek a visa to return to Russia and/or gain entry to Cuba. The Russians and Cubans told him to get lost and denied him a visa. The Russians had enough of LHO after their initial go around with him when he defected to the USSR in 1959 and returned to the USA in 1961 after becoming disenchanted with living in Minsk.
He later tried to get Marina to assist him in hijacking a plane to Cuba. To her credit, she told him he was crazy and wanted no part of such a plot.
LHO killed JFK, plain and simple. Only conspiracy nuts believe otherwise. The evidence of his guilt is overwhelming.
He also tried to kill General Walker about six months before he killed Kennedy using the same rifle.

It could only be delayed. The order was made.
The delay was REQUESTED by the Archivist. The actual delay ORDER was made by Trump:

As far as the release, it looks like this is only an interim release. 1 year from now will be the full release, and we’ll probably need to wait till then to get new information.
Lol- I don’t see an order from trump- not from what you cited. I see a man of class making decision to appear to support the decision of his Archivist. But as I said- it wasn’t Trump who delayed.

Trump made the final decision after those in his organization protested the release for various reasons. He could have forced it through but then there’d be a leak and a media blitzkrieg to impeach him over it.
