I know that several people that make they’re living on rentals, just a few units. As Wilfred said, the landlords often make less than renter.

But I have to say - of those who haven’t been paying rent since this pandemic began - what percentage have done absolutely nothing to prepare for the inevitable resumption of this in order to avoid eviction?
This is one of the reasons the housing market is plain stupid right now if you’re a buyer.
And overregulation strangles commerce and entrepreneurialism and invites government corruption.
So why not be honest and talk about striking a balance between the Wild Wild West and a Police State.
