Trump’s team is a suspect but the media would probably put them if it was them. And I don’t see why they would leak news that isn’t favorable to their case.
That leaves the prosecution, the law enforcement on the case, or the judge herself.
The biggest leaker on Trump’s team has always been Trump himself. At least this time he’s not pretending to be his own publicist
I didn’t see any case leaks in the posted article. The media is interviewing anonymous sources close to Trump and his lawyers. I don’t see how that relates to the DOJ’s investigation, and I wouldn’t call the info leaks, because a “leak” implies something is supposed to be sealed and secret. This is just journalists getting information for a story.
The article specifically says that the condition of the information was anonymity of the source, so the media would wildly discredit themselves if they lied to sources by outing them. Keeping sources secret is, in fact, regular practice.
