I was very unimpressed with the way Miami played at home last week against a not so great VT team. I would not be shocked if Miami loses tonight.
Hopefully, the team shows up to play because outside of the Stanford game (if they even play this season) playing Miami at home on a Saturday night will be Cal’s Super Bowl.
I think the performance of the last game was a wake up call for the coaching staff and players, and hopefully Ward.
This game is late and on the road, so there might be a bit of a hangover effect, but I expect Miami to play a lot cleaner and like they mean business.
It seems like VTech might be a little better than we gave them credit for based on their record. Cal’s not a walk in the park, but I think we cover pretty easily.
