It’s up for debate as to whether its Ukrainian or Russian. The original post was from Slava D, a news aggregator for Russia. I saw another listing citing Russian, but moreso Ukraine. The question is, again, how do you defend a city under attack while not putting anything in residential areas. The whole city is a residential area. They’re attacking the cities.
