Zelensky’s family is Russian which is his native language, not Ukrainian. Zelensky is a grifter and in the pocket of an even wealthier oligarch. Being an actor, he puts on a good show, says things that will endear him to those conditioned to hate all things Russian. Zelensky only has as much power as Washington will give him. Biden has the power to stop the war at any time, but IMO he wants to continue to deflect his failures on the homefront.
