IT IS THAT IS WHY YOU GOT REAL FCKEN QUIET……

Well here shot is today and tomorrow.
I watched the oral arguments . I watched day 1 of trial.

I thought the plaintiffs had a case, the judge affirmed that.

Today, I saw 2 HUGE rad flags that I don’t think the court can ignore.

  1. Rich Sider (might be spelling it wrong) admitted that they don’t record the ballots before they leave the voting precincts and are sent to a 3rd party for processing. What!? Immediate problem. You’re telling me we don’t know the number of ballots after the votes are cast, then we put them in trailers and deliver to someone that isn’t a government entity? WTF?!

He also admitted that he got the election night number of 275,000 wrong.

  1. Apparently Maricopa county was using software that is designed to process/tabulate 19” ballots and the ballots they provided were 20” ballots. This led to ballots being rejected and sent to the adjudication process where they could be subjected to misinterpretation or spoliation (such as chain of custody issues). Apparently 60% of polling places experienced this issue.

The state will say that it was an honest mistake and voters had other options such as going to a different polling place (hard to say when 60% were having the same issues), dropping their ballot in Box 3 (a method they used to workaround Election Day issues, etc…

The problem is that the plaintiffs provided a very well decorated forensic expert who had amazing credentials. Lockheed, NASA, military, etc… who said it couldn’t be a mistake because it would require a configuration.

The court is going to have to take action here. If they don’t it’ll be a complete travesty. I can see it going to scotus.
