Demographic realism, and my grim prediction of America’s future. During this first year of the Biden administration, an estimated two million immigrants will enter the United States over our Southern Border. Additionally, leftists are calling for us to take in MILLIONS of Afghan refugees. Considering the foregoing, and adding to these numbers all legal immigrants, and all who enter the country without knowledge of immigration officials, a rough estimate would see 5 million immigrants entering the country each year of Biden. In four years, that is 20 million immigrants. This is an enormous number of humans, but that number will expand even farther through chain migration. Each immigrant will bring an estimated 3 to 5 more family members into the country. If that be the case, Joe Biden will be responsible for increasing the population of America by more than 80 million people in four years. One in five people then living in the United States will have arrived during the Biden Presidency. To be sure, the new immigrants will be distributed into Red states to dilute Republican votes. It will be the greatest immigrant invasion in the history of mankind…
It is time to DEMAND the borders of the United States be sealed. Otherwise and in short order, we’re going to see this nation turned, as Ann Coulter has warned, into a third world hell hole,. Taxes will be raised precipitously, the middle class will be impoverished and, private wealth diminished. Crime will flourish as part of the intractable problem of assimilating people of such diverse backgrounds. Chaos will abound unless WE the people demand as we did for three decades beginning in the thirties to an abrupt end to all immigration until further assimilation takes place.
There are around 30-35M people in Afghanistan. With no port to the Indian Ocean and only one airport flying people out for another few weeks, there is ZERO chance of the USA accepting 5M people. They are struggling to get 15000 US Citizens out of that country let alone 5M. Even if 5M could be flown out, lots of them would want to move to a Muslim friendly country: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Pakistan, India etc.
As for the sourthern boarder, this is going to continue to be a major issue until we can finish the wall AND stabilize Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador with 35M people combined.
I’m all for immigration BUT that immigration should be 100% focused on highly educated, highly motivated individuals. We can’t allow just anyone into this country and expect the same results as we’ve had for the last 200 years.

90’scane. At the present time, there are 100 million Africans who wish to emigrate to the United States. Additionally, there are ten million Pakistanis. There are at least one million Cubans and one million Haitians who have the same aspirations. You’ve also left out Venezuelans, hundreds of thousands of whom wish to leave Venezuela or Colombia which has huge numbers of Venezuelan refugees.
There is also no hope for white South Africans. South Africa is a powder keg; it’s the rape and murder capital of the world. It not only has racial problems but ethnic problems between its two largest tribes. White South Africans migrate usually to Australia, however, they increasingly are choosing the U.S.
Locking down the border is almost an existential problem for this country. It’s time for Biden to be impeached, not because of Afganistan, which is a huge failure, but for permitting the illegal alieni invasion of American which may well destablize the country.
I didn’t mention South American and African countries because they all require some level of wealth to get to the USA. No one from South America is crossing the Darian Gap to get to the USA. This leaves them traveling by boat or plane both of which have a much higher likelihood of being caught and deported.
I don’t doubt that hundreds of millions around the world want to move here. This will likely increase as more of the younger generations get influenced by the internet seeing Americans consumerism.
You can hate on Biden but he isn’t likely to leave office until 2024. Flip the house and senate. Setup Desantis for a strong run.
Biden will be gone in a few months by dint of the 25th Amendment. The efforts will be spearheaded by Kamala and the Obama faction. If Kamala wants to be popular, she will immediately lock down the borders. If she does that, she will be re-elected. Immigration is our greatest problem, exacerbated greatly by future Islamic supremacy efforts which have been in effect since the year 634 A.D.
BTW, a significant number of African immigrants from Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya have college degrees and can easily defray transportation costs. Nigerians are among the best performing immigrants in terms of tax payer compliance and nonreliance on welfare benefits.
Well at least you didn’t say Trump and China. (Meaning, you are with Storm on Q)
I can see Harris given the position but I doubt they would try until after mid-terms. Any attempt before would likely trigger a landslide victory for republicans. As of today, I expect the republicans to pick up the senate and potentially the house.
agree on islam being a major threat.
Aside from the burgeoning pressure of immigration, we should not forget about inflation. If interest rates climb five points, debt service on our nation debt bonds will be unsustainable. It will place a huge burden on social programs such as Medicare and so forth. Forgiving student loans is absolute insanity. Ending energy independence was a moronic thing to do, resulting in outflow of free capital from the country, and augmenting inflation. In real estate, entry level housing is becoming a critical problem. Fewer people can own homes, forcing more and more people into the rental market. Rents of course have increased, certainly more than have incomes, and rental payment default looms as a major problem. Glad that you have a fine group of tenants in your properties. I own three large mobile home parks, and I have less than ten per cent of tenants in default. By and by, however, my managers have had to make deals with families in making rent payments. I have encouraged them to work with tenants, we’ve had just one single eviction predicated by the tenant being convicted of a crime. Fortunately, the tenant did not have a family. All of my vacant land is presently in timberland, which is a great investment given the price of lumber. I sell very little timber now to paper companies. I send a lot of timber to local saw mills who want hard woods. My trailer parks on large plots surrounded by plots of acres I rent to soy bean farmers. Getting diesel fuel has become something of problem. I enjoy your commentary about real estate. I think you write with distinctive authority on the subject.
I pay no attention whatsoever to Q. I am realist when it comes to the 2020 election knowing full well how slowly things move their way through the court system. Indeed I believe the election was a swindle and do foresee many more audits being conducted. I also see a Supreme Court reticent to jumping into the fray. I am hoping of course for a Republican landslide in 2022, and I continue believing Donald Trump was the best president of my lifetime which includes Reagan. That he withstood such adversity is in of itself quite miraculous. Afghanistan would never have taken place under Trump’s stewardship. Nor would we be subject to an alien invasion. One thing that has been overlooked evaluating the Trump years is the improvement of our environment under Trump compared with other countries. I reject much of the global warming hysteria, but I believe implicitly in environmentalism, curtailing acid rain, and noxious effluents into our waters. I live in area that has had great environmental deterioration, but significant improvement over recent years. The waters behind my home are still clear with low counts of bacteria and chorinated hydrocarbons. I catch millions of crabs right in my backyard. A war on global warming is ridiculous unless China and India are restrained from burning combustibles.
I rather like this meme even though Dr. Jill was not a Biden babysitter as the meme suggests.
I’ve thought about buying land for forests as I believe in environmentalism as well. It is difficult to make that 30-50 year investment when land costs so much near me.
Mobile home parks are pretty hot right now along with storage units and multi-family. I’m sticking with my smaller single-family houses as I believe they will appreciate better while cash flowing at a simple rate per dollar invested.
I did see an interesting take on going green from an environmentalist economist. He basically said that the next 2-4 years will be the only time that investments in going green can happen. After 2-4 years, the capital will dry up around the world and green investments are massive upfront with slow returns. It will then take 30-50 years of battery innovations before we truly can support solar and wind as a primary source of electricity. Thus, natural gas and nuclear are our best options for energy independence and stability.
Most of the time, we compare them based on the success of the economy during their term(s). That seems to ignore many other policy decisions. I suspect that lots of people have disdain for how Trump communicated and conducted himself while approving of his policies. Will people forget the bad and remember the good policies in time? I tend to think so. Just look at Clinton who was hated by many for getting dirty in the oval office with a 20-year-old.
