I certainly do. I suppose that part of my thinking here comes from empathy towards a woman who may feel they’re in a desperate situation (hence the need for more assistance).
Now the obvious follow up to this is - god I hope this is rare - women who decide to try and terminate the pregnancy themselves. Another very slippery slope (and obviously very dangerous)….but yes I suppose it would fall under the crime of unlawful termination of pregnancy.

Why isn’t adoption ever brought up? There are waiting lists of people who can’t have kids who would love to adopt. If the mom doesn’t want the child, put him or her up for adoption rather than abort.
Very true, but forcing someone who gets raped to carry to term the rapists baby under penalty of law is overwhelmingly brutal. It’s one of those wow moments when someone has that opinion.
1% of abortions are due to rape.
.5% are due to incest.
The vast majority of abortions are due to convenience.

84, I thought we were having a decent conversation about this. I don’t see the need for this. We aren’t taking to the parasite here. 
Again, you’re assuming that I’m approaching this from a “controlling women” standpoint. Incest obviously is a problem, and I detest a rapist as much (maybe even more so) than a murderer.
But as awful as it is (and thank fully rare), why does an innocent life deserve to die? Please spare me your definitions for a moment.
Thankfully, these numbers are low.
I’ve never once defended this. The situation is beyond unacceptable and those responsible for the acts (and for hiding those who did) deserve life sentences.

It’s typical of pro-abortionists to use the least probable causes of abortion to defend the entire policy.
Most women kill their babies because they are scared of the implications for themselves. They see the baby as an impediment to their personal freedom and options. It’s that simple.
This. And I’ll add that others in their lives (i.e. the men who got them pregnant) who also pressure them into doing same because they too don’t want to deal with the consequences.
