To be sure, Biden always makes the wrong decision. We have a complete fool in the White House. Second in charge may be even worse, and third in charge is definitely worse.
What the DOJ is trying to construct is some sort of process crime, likely obstruction of justice or some other nebulous charge. The political persecution of Trump now goes into its 6th year and has developed into a pattern of nuisance harassment, that is, to preclude Trump from being a candidate in the 2024 election.
The breadth of intrusiveness of the affidavit is another concern. In the event of pending charges, this will become a pivotal issue whether the prosecution can even proceed. The Justice Department had better have something tangible or the case will be motioned away in the early stages. The probity of ordering such a search warrant upon a former president might well provoke a judicial rebuke by the court. Shades of Lavrenti Beria searching for a crime.
GWP said it. It HAS to be true.
Especially when the “article” leads off with “BOOM”.

But the DOJ admitted the admin demanded these documents!

This is a case about going into the home of a former president. You think the AG didn’t call the president at minimum and say, “hey chief, you ok with us doing this?”

The stuff “revealed” in the document is old news, and it is nothing about a raid.
It is about Biden giving the FBI access to materials they are collecting from Trump.
These documents being referenced are the ones Trump voluntarily handed over.
There was concern whether anything was privileged and whether the FBI should have access, and Biden granted them access. Remember, btw, that GSC strongly believed in a president’s right to do this.
Not only that, Trump requested an extension and it was granted! So the FBI was cooperating and jumping through Trump’s hoops, trying to do this without making waves.
This has nothing to do with the raid. This is in reference to the document collection BEFORE the raid.
