What are you talking about? In 25 states, anyone chosen by the voter can return mail ballots on their behalf. 11 states specified the way they had to be returned (household members, caregivers, etc), 1 state explicitly allowed only the voter and 13 states didn’t even specify instructions relating to it.
Guillermina Fuentes “harvested” 4 ballots and is the sole case to have ever been charged in ballot harvesting in the state, in its history. These were all 4 from San Luiz, where the mail doesn’t deliver and there were no drop boxes, they didn’t have a car. Not even the AG claimed anything about them was fraudulent and election officials deemed them legal and counted them.
We had actual people voting multiple times all from the same areas, all for Trump, and GSC didn’t give the slightest shit. Hell, we had fake electors and he didn’t give a shit.
So, I ask again Cane51 - delivering 4 ballots for old people who don’t have cars in a place where the mail doesn’t deliver to residents should result in what kind of punishment again?
