I imagine it depends on what really happened.
It could be that he did what he was accused of and the girl simply didn’t want to proceed and refused to cooperate with the prosecutor.
It could be the matter was complete overblown, the accusations were false and the DA decided not to proceed with such a thin case.
If the latter, bring him back. If the former, not so much.
Going forward, we best wait for the dust to settle before passing judgment.
As for me, his hair style alone should probably warrant some jail time.

I disagree. He was charged - they realized (apparently) that they had insufficient evidence to continue - so they dropped them.
Why should the kid suffer because they fucked up?
I’d sit with him and tell him that he’s coming back - but that he needs to be careful about the situations he’s putting himself in.
Here is why I’m against him being given a second chance at Miami.
