I assume that Miami has the financial resources and cache to replace the three departed assistants. Unsure if there is a “better” or “worse” time of year to hire assistants. I guess this might be better because there’s no immediate impact on recruiting, new coaches have time to establish relationships with prospects.

I’m willing to give him another year to see what he does this year. Beck’s lack of mobility may have been an issue with some of the play calling.
