While I think Lemon is a complete jerk, I fail to see, other than disorderly conduct which is a misdemeanor, what. for to prosecute him. IMO, he probably needs some jail time, but prosecuting him in a Minnesota venue seems like a fruitless expenditure of resources. Were I the prosecutor, I’d favor an out of court settlement, perhaps a fine for being an asshole.
