… really sh!t the bed yesterday.
I’ll admit, I’m shocked he’s so bad. As a Texas fan, we had such high hopes. Turns out, he’s far worse than Quinn Ewers.
Hell, the UNT qb is better.
Mario should pursue the UNT QB.
If his name was Arch Davis, we wouldn’t know who he was.
Yes sir!!! Unt is #21 right now. Nuts
Not Archie, Arch.
Archie, now 76, was a good QB who played on really lousy teams before free agency kicked in so he was pretty much a prisoner of the Aints in his prime.
Like Manning, some very good QB’s are ruined by being drafted by terrible teams with no OL.
They get killed, have to run for their lives constantly and end up with a lot of injuries.
Testaverde was kind of like that, too. Tampa Bay ruined him to some degree.

Arch doesn’t seem to be as talented as his family members.
I called him Arch. I always have.
I’m a Saints fan insofar as the pro game goes, and I have particularly high regard for Archie Manning whom I watched while at Mississippi as well as during his years running for is life with the hapless Saints. Archie and his wife Olivia were frequent visitors to Pensacola as the team owner has a home directly across the water from me. Archie was the epitome of a gentleman, and as an analyst on New Orleans WWL he was unsurpassed. Archie passed on his urbaneness to his children who too are quality humans.
Poor Arch has not lived up to expectation, but he’s still young, and has a fabulous family to advise and guide him. I cannot but root for him to improve his game and be successful.
I root for Arch at Texas. Arch is a good kid. He was born in QB Royalty so the pressure on him is greater then any other player from that family. He has improved as the season has gone on. I expect him to have a major jump from this year to next. We are in a win now and have to succeed right now society.
He played well the other day. Almost missed a wide open WR in the end zone but the kid made a great grab.
