“Unjustified” and “unarmed” aren’t identical.
An unarmed person may still be justifiably killed depending on the circumstances.
The problem with debating this with you is exactly what you just pointed out. Justified vs unjustified. It can be ruled one way or the other - and people can take the position of either.
