Did the kid toss it then turn around or get wacked as he turned around with it in his hand? Looks the former to me and not much time to make that call either way for the officer
God that’s horrible to watch - especially when it’s a kid.
Zero time for the cop to react…if he did in fact have a gun and pulled it toward the officer…the officer really has no choice.
