You are one hundred percent correct, GSC. There is no language in the Constitution pertaining to a right to abortion. Roe vs. Wade was a judicial mistake correctable by amending the Constitution which is nearly impossible, so after 50 years, the Supreme Court took it upon itself as it has done two hundred times in the past to overrule itself.
The same thing will likely transpire with respect to affirmative action in order to restore the equal protection of law clause in the 14th Amendment. Discrimination even under the aegis of it being a “compelling state interest” as stated in Bakke, is still unconstitutional.
