A New Trial for Political Prisoner Chauvin

The Chauvin trial was an abomination. Even with the mediocrity of Chauvin’s counsel, enough reasonable doubt was presented to render a not guilty verdict. Floyd’s health was indeed fragile, a heart attack waiting to happen. Wrestling with cops with a body filled with several times the deadly limit of fentanyl was a likely cause of death that should not reasonably have been dismissed.

Now, Chauvin plans to appeal his case to the Supreme Court which brings about an interesting argument about civil rights in general. Here’s an article discussing Chauvin’s appeal which probably will not, but should IMO, be granted certiorari.
