2026 Schedule

The Canes open with one Thursday night game (FAMU home) and two Friday night games (Stanford road and Wake Forest road.)

Edit: The VT game is also on a Friday night at Hard Rock.

The last three games are at home.

Clemson and ND away seem like the toughest games.

FSU home this year.

Also, Mensah was reportedly on campus on Monday.

Announcement may be today (Tuesday).

Glad the bye week comes earlier this year. If Miami beats Clemson hopefully it doesn’t slow down momentum into FSU. Conversely, get rest and more time to scheme.

Until we start to beat who we should beat consistently it will be hard to predict a perfect season BUT this is a really favorable schedule for us.

The two obvious tough games will be AT Clemson and AT ND (who will be very motivated to show they should have been in the playoffs).

Other “sneaky” games due to coaching will be NC and VT

Correction:It will be 3 on Friday, 1 on Thursday.

The VT game is also on a Friday.

Assuming Mensah joins the team, 10 wins seems very doable.

I hope Miami isn’t screwed by this bizarre ND guarantee agreement.

The ACC tiebreaker is even worse now.

That is the craziest thing ever. The NCAA is insane.

How is the tiebreaker worse in the ACC? If the playoff format changes the language to include all four power 4 champions, you’d think it would be on the condition the ACC gets its match up correct. The new wording would put Duke in last year. They have to avoid this happening.

Crazy idea: we could just win our conference games to avoid this madness.

I don’t understand how we are playing 9 ACC games while others 8?? Oh well.

I wonder if Stanford was scheduled before they joined the ACC and it won’t count as a conference game? Very strange.

This is what I thought too…But have been told that isn’t the case, that 5 ACC teams are playing 9 games.
