I just stayed at a life long black friend’s house on my trip for a couple nights…We had fallen out about 8-10 years ago over an issue (not politics)…He hates today’s left with a fucking passion. (even some members of his family, who as is always the case, he is willing to look past but the far lefties put politics even over family, which I of course, know a little something about) I was relieved to hear some of the realistic stances coming out of his mouth. In the course of a 2-3 hour talk over some vodka I can’t count how many times the words “and you know the media” comes out of his mouth.
