I’ve watched Occulus and a couple others mentioned. Didn’t know there was a creep 2. Need to check it out.

Did you like Occulus? I used to write quite frequently. At one point, I thought I would just move into a loft in New Orleans and write the “great American novel.” Of course, everyone thought that after reading Kerouac (years later, I decided Kerouac was a self indulgent jackass who fed off of Cassidy). But, as a person obsessed with horror movies and finding them comforting…I’ve always wanted to write one.
After seeing Occulus, I simply quit. It was that good to me. I could never top that one. Then, I saw Hereditary and realized I’m just outclassed by a wide, wide margin.
