The Best Western in Franklin is about 16 miles away. They do have rooms available.
Now, for the broader question -
- Why is anyone using a travel agent to simply book a hotel?
- Why is he bitching about a single chain? A simple look at Hotels.com shows a ton of hotels with rooms available on those dates
