If your statements were true then it would not impact people who are immune compromised as their immune systems don’t respond. It would also be easy to defeat with immune suppressant drugs used for organ transplants, lupus, etc. it also would mean that Desantis is trying to push something that kills people, monoclonal antibodies.

Now, the different COVID strains since the original one have become more contagious - as like with anything else, a virus will lean toward survival.
Look at hospitalization rates. Vaccinated vs unvaccinated. It’s not even close. And those that are vaccinated are suffering far less severe disease.

My friend had the same situation as you. Wife had Covid, he and his son didn’t get it. This was in March of 2020.
More like they changed the procedures for counting cases. Remember, it went from 1 test positive means your positive to if your positive, you have to retest and get a second positive to count. Then they changed PCR sensitivity. And and and - IT WAS OFF SEASON FOR COVID!

Looks pretty clear to me that being vaccinated gives you a better chance at surviving. Factor in that the majority of the vaccinated fall into the higher risk age groups and categories. Also, consider that they were vaccinated earlier and the vaccines appear to decrease in efficacy after 6-8 months. I have zero doubt that the Pfizer vaccine should not be used as its efficacy dropped to 40% against Delta.
Or you have antibodies like many other folks right?
